Payment Policy
Implant Pathway's Payment Policy

If your session bundle’s payment is split into separate payment plans, the entire amount of tuition must be paid in full by the time you complete the continuum.  In most cases, tuition split into three or four equal payments online are due every 30 days.  In some cases, our Program Coordinator, Austin Schmitt, will plan out your payments and make those with your permission.

CE Certificate Distribution
For questions, please contact our CE Compliance Coordinator, Jeannie Chapman.

Our Continuted Education Compliance Coordinator, Jeannie Chapman, will issue CE certificates and distrubute them to the e-mail address on file for your account.  For Session One, certificates will be issued at the end of each month.  For Sessions Two, Three and Four, certificates will typically be issued about two weeks after the course.  For all questions concerning CE Certificates, please e-mail Jeannie Chapman.

Dental Student Discount
Our policy concerning the dental student tuition.

Must be currently enrolled in a credentialed dental educational institute.  Not available online, must call (888) 309-2423 or fax this sheet to (605) 791-2982.   Registrant must submit proof of enrollment to receive discount.  All applications subject to Implant Pathway’s discretion.

New Dentist / Graduate Discount
Our policy concerning the new dentist / graduate discount.

Must be 1-3 years out of dental school and provide proof. Not available online, must call (888) 309-2423 or fax this sheet to (605) 791-2982. The non-refundable portion is based on the new dentist pricing (i.e. $1,000 non-refundable fee for Session One: Online). Subject to approval.

Approved Implant Courses
List of approved courses, previously taken.

Misch International Institute, AAID Maxi-Course, California Implant Institute and Implant Educators. All other requests must be pre-approved by Dr. Justin Moody. This is only for internal use and must not be advertised or distributed— this is simply to know which courses are approved in case someone wants to take Session Four individually without taking Sessions 1-3 of Implant Pathway.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
What happens if you need to cancel?

Notice of cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@implantpathway.com at least 30 days prior to the attendee’s Session Two start date. In the event of a valid cancellation, the attendee will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable $2,332 fee for Session One: Online. In the event that Session One: Online hadn’t been activated yet, the attendee will instead be responsible for a $1,000 cancellation fee.
